He's a great guy who dreams about crappie in his sleep and fish for them as much as he can. I met him a few years ago when fishing with my grandson. That day, we wasn't catching a darn thing and he and his son was catching them left and right several feet from us. When they pulled up their anchors to leave, I asked him what they were doing to catch them and he gladly told me to go to that spot and told me how they were catching them. His son even gave my granson a bunch of lures that they were using and we started catching a boatload. Since that day, my grandson is hooked on crappie fishing and we still go whenever we can. I have been keeping in touch with Spanky ever since.
